This cake was a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. The decorations are all fondant, with silver dragees as the screws for the xylophone. The monkey's arms and legs are giant pretzel sticks with hand-molded fondant hands and feet. Her head was first molded using RKT with fondant decorations. I made her mouth and eyes using a black edible marker.
