My son's birthday was a boat ride so I wanted to do a boat cake and I wanted to incorporate his favorite Sesame Street pals. Everything is edible- characters are gumpaste & covered in royal icing. It was fun & a big hit with the kids. They loved eating the icing off of their favorite character.
