An experiment to see if i could do a mini topsy turvy by cutting graduated circles from a sheet to minimise carving. Not a complete success (apart from anything else the kids appropriated the bottom ,3rd tier for their pudding before I got it covered). Didn't chill to firm so rather untidy, hence the frills.
