I made this for my younger brother as his grooms cake. It is a chocolate cake with raspberry filling. Everything is buttercream except the golf ball which I made from super white chocolate. The covers on the clubs is their wedding date and my brothers initials are on the bag. They got married at the Beverly Hills Hotel and it tasted better than their expensive wedding cake I was told. Side note: I used corn startch and my finger to pat down the buttercream covering the bags. My brother doesn't like fondant. It took me about 5 - 6 hours to finish!
