The top layer is covered in vanilla fondant with gumpaste flowers. There are two kinds of cupcakes - WSCA with orange butter cream and pumpkin with cream cheese frosting.. This was such a blast to do and it looked so beautiful when we were done.. GO cupcakes!!!
