Covered in buttercream. Bucket is made from placing cookies around the layer and covering top with piping gel . Bubbles are luster dusted fondant/gumpaste mixture. I covered it in saran wrap and it must have got too warm because the bottom layer started to look "wrinkled" :( But at least the mom to be loved it anyway.
