Hi there I have made this cake for a couples 50th wedding anniversary, the bottom is fruit and the top is a 6" sponge that i made quite high for affect. The roses are hand made. I have had no lessons and only been decorating since last october. I also made the toppers myself. The writing on the cake is done by hand with royal icing and then painted gold to match.
