This cake was for my daughters second birthday. I was shocked that it turned out so wonderful. This is a four tiered cake that is banana cake filled with a banana whipped pudding with slices of bananas and blue berries. It's a family favorite. Each layer is covered with a different color of fondant. The Tiki men are tootsie rolls that I sculpted. The surf boards are a 5050 mix of fondant and gum paste as well as the flowers on top of the cake the sand is brown sugar and the rest of the accents are Fondant.
