I made this for my sons birthday, he loves fish, he wasnt satified with generic fish either, I had to make them look like actual species, like the black mora and redcap oranda, anyway, this was a big cake, I used 3 10x15 cakes, chocolate and peanut butter, red velvet with cream cheese and french vanilla and strawberry swirl with cream cheese and strawberry filling, gumpaste decorations, my husband built the stand, tfl :)
