My first wedding cake. This cake was in a really good shape after transportation. The hotelmanagement decided not to store it in a cool room ;-( So the sides baged ;-( From bottom to top: lemon-yoghurt, chocolate-banana, strawberry-mascarpone, chocolate-raspberry. All covered in fondant, flowers made with fondant, writing on the board with royal icing.
