I made this cake for a co-worker. He wanted to surprise his wife. This was my first flower cake. I mean Ive made roses before, but this time i ventered out to doing butter cream and gumpaste. I'm proud of myself another paged turned for me. Oh by the way the wife loved her cake. :) for me that was important.
