My first wedding cake for my cousin's wedding.. Top anniversay tier is white with buttercream frosting. Second tier is also white with buttercream. Third tier is strawberry with strawberry buttercream, and final bottom tier is French Vanilla with french vanilla mousse and buttercream icing. I used the WASC recipes on this site for all tiers, and used Michele Fosters Fondant.
