This is a 6in stacked on an 8in. Both are vanilla & chocolate WASC in alternating layers w/dark chocolate & caramel ganache for filling. The color & floral scheme are based on the fabric I used to cover the cake drum. The fantasy flowers are fondant w/gum tex mixed in for stiffening.
