My husbands office brings in a birthday cake each month for all the employees, they have recently asked me to supply the cakes. This is my second one for them. The cake is a strawberry cake from scratch with a whipped cream strawberry filling. It is iced in Italian Meringue and all decorations are MMF. blue stripes and balls are dusted with pearl luster.

Everyone loved it. The city where I live isn't that big so you don't usually see anything except the standard safeway cakes. My husband also works mainly with women so it was properly appreciated.
