Nothing exciting...my first try with mmf. This is a dummy cake, and I had a hard time getting the syranwrap tight, so when I frosted it with bc before putting on the mmf, it bubbled in spots. The pink flowers are mmf and the white ones are regular fondant. I would definately use mmf again to wrap the cake, but not to do decorations.
simple and pretty
Very pretty...great job on the MMF too!
What's mmf? Well, I know f is fondant but I'm not sure what mm is. I love your flowers. How would you avoid the bubbles next time?
I think its marshmello fondant. There is a recipe for this on the site.
Good job!
Mmf is marshmallow fondant. I followed the recipe from this site and it really worked out well. I love using regular fondant, but it tastes so terrible, I hate using it to wrap cakes. If I had been able to get the saran wrap tighter so that it was completely smooth, I would of been able to get the bc smooth, and the mmf shouldn't of bulged out.
Wow, your roses are gorgeous!
Good job! I hear you can get rid of the bubbles by poking them with a small straight pin and smoothing over the hole.
