This was an 11x15 sheetcake with fondant wood planks and a RKT fish covered in fondant. This was a groom's cake for an avid fisherman who particularly loved flounder. The bride specifically requested that the fish be a little less "dark" than what a real fish might be, so while the colors are still "realistic", I kept them lighter than what it might look like just freshly caught.
