I did this for my friend's grandparents 70th anniversary. 70 years is pretty amazing! It is a WASC with lemon cream filling on the bottom, Chocolate Fudge cake with cream cheese filling on top two tiers. 12", 8" and 4". There are 70 gumpaste rose buds and roses on the top and it is covered in fondant. The bottom tier is my first attempt at cornelli lace, it turned out okay, but could have been better. Might have been the fact that it was 2 am. Enjoy!
