I made this cake for my neice's graduation party. It is the first cake I made that had to travel (3 hrs) and withstand the heat (90 degrees) and humidity. It did perfectly. 10" layer chocolate fudge with chocolate ganache filling, 8" and 6" layers white confetti with whipped strawberry and fresh strawberry filling. Cakes crumb coated with Indydebi's buttercream then used Michele Foster's fondant recipe. Both recipes on cc.
