This cake was quite a challenge and I enjoyed every minute of it! Everything is handmade and edible including the fence, characters, grave stones, tree, apples in baskets, cornstalks, pumpkins and so on. It is made of apple spice cake filled with cinnamon buttercream and covered in fondant.
