I did a live cake performance at The Peabody for the National Association of Catering Executives in Orlando, FL. I sculpted the duck entirely at the event and also completed the boy cake on stage(the majority of him was done before hand). I ended up having an hour and a half! :) For scale, the boy is 2 feet tall from the base. Everyone got to eat the delicious cake afterwards as well! The cake was vanilla with a layer of strawberry preserves, white chocolate ganache, covered in dark chocolate ganache.
