Playing with cakeballs again!! I made the cakeballs "flat" by shaping them in a round cookie cutter. I had made the heart discs out of fondant/gumpaste mix and was just going to put them on round cakeballs but decided to try giving the cakeballs a flat front to put the discs on. This opens up a whole new way for me to decorate cakeballs now!! I can do so many different designs on the fondant/gumpaste that was impossible for me to do directly on the candy coating!
