Everything on this cake is edible. The crystals are made from isomalt and the rocks are chocolate. Cake is covered in chocolate fondant. Half the cake is carrot cake and the other half is red velvet covered in cream cheese frosting. My first special effect on a cake and I couldn't be happier. The customer fell in love with this cake and I did too.
