This cake drove me totally crazy! It keep me awake at night with worry about how I would construct it.Cake Central proved invaluable with ideas and tips and I put everything together and came up with this. Cake top is made of pastillage after toying with idea to use a cake or modelling one from rice krispie treats.

Central column is a cake baked in a tin can and horses i sketched onto card before cutting out of pastillage and painting with lustre dusts-phew. Cake is being collected tonight hope they like it !
