I made this two tier baby shower cake for my brother and his wife (expecting their second baby boy any day now). It is my own design, but was inspired by Andrea's Sweetcakes for the clouds. I also have been wanting to try the billowing technique, so I incorporated that here, too. TFL and comments welcome! :-)
