21st birthday cake to incorporate a shoe and other "girly" accessories as well as having zebra print in the theme. Followed Kathy from Sweetwise's technique (on YouTube) to get a great result with the zebra fondant. The shoe took 4 attempts as it kept breaking over the arch when using gumpaste so finally used pastillage to get a firmer sole. I was terrified of it cracking when I delivered it. Did a "standby" pair using the Jem mould but they were very small and I wanted a lifesize shoe. Why doesn't someone produce a mould of this size given the popularity of shoe cakes? Anyway end result I was very happy and so was the recipient.
