Today was one of those days where you swear you will never make another wedding cake and the buttercream brings you to tears. The air conditioner broke. It was 90 degrees today probably with 90 % humidity. The butter cream never really did crust to get it smooth. I was just glad when I delivered it and the bride loved it.
