I made this for a dinner function at church. It played on my church's love of purple and lime green. It was also my first time making gumpaste callas, which I then dusted with purple petal dust. The top tier is strawberry margarita cake, the middle tier is french vanilla, and the bottom tier is chocolate. The humidity and my BC were not getting along that day so I smoothed it as best as I could.
