June 11, 2011 - I baked and decorated this tiered12th Anniversary Mango Chiffon Cake for my Church, MCTV, using Wilton's Whipped Icing Mix. It was my first attempt at using whipped icing for the frosting, borders, and grapes decoration work. The violet roses on top are made of royal icing.
