3 Tier buttercream cake designed for a bride for 6/4/11 was completed with less than 6 days notice. All roses are petal by petal constructed of 75/25 (75% fondant/ 25% gumpaste) and fully surround each tier. Cake was embellished with a fondant monogram plaque surrounded by various cut, molded, formed flower varietals as well. Custom floral topper also. Cake itself was top tier of Banana nut with a dark chocolate buttercream filling. Center tier Blueberry walnut with a maple buttercream filling and the lower tier white chocolate cake with a double vanilla buttercream and seedless raspberry filling.
