This cake was so much fun!!! We made it for our nephews 4th birthday party and he absolutely loved it. The train actually ran on the track and went through the mountain. The base is made out of brownie, the pillars holding up the track were rice krispies and the mountain was cake. The covering was made out of marshmallow fondant. This cake was huge.
