This is a two 6 in rounds stacked and covered in ganache. Fondant was used to make the pancakes, butter and strawberries. Strawberries were not quite red enough but through trial and error, will be better on the next one. Syrup was from a homemade recipe for piping gel shared by LadyViola on CC, which is who inspired me to try this cake after seeing her beautiful cake a few days ago.
