My first attempt at a sushi cake for my husbands birthday. MMF fondant over chocolate cake for the table. For a twist (and because I forgot to bake extra cake) I used twinkies dipped in white chocolate and then rolled in white Johnnie sprinkles for the sushi. Roe, fish and wrappers are all MMF. Soy sauce bowl is MMF dried over the bottom of acoffee cup and then filled with brown tinted piping gel.
