I made this cake for my daughter's 3rd grade teacher who is retiring this year. The three-layer cake is white with one filling layer of vanilla SMBC and one of lemon pudding mix, covered in white chocolate ganache and then MMF. All flowers are handmade (my first!!) using fondant, which is all I had available when I decided to attempt edible ones. The bumblebees are also handmade of fondant.
