Animal Circus Ice Cream Cake
Strawberry cake with Haagen-Dazs strawberry ice cream (with chopped animal cookies mixed in the ice cream). Vanilla icing, buttercream trim/borders. Writing and number 2 made from pink chocolate melts. Flavor combination seemed popular with adults as well as the kids.

It was iced in a buttercream. I have tried icing in soft ice cream, but it slides off the cake. I use frosting or cool whip for my ice cream cakes.
