The birthday boy is a mad keen Texas Hold'em Poker fan, so who better to help celebrate his 50th birthday, than to have all his family around his winning table. It's a chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache and fondant icing. The figures. poker chips and cards are made from gum paste. The family cat sits on the cake board base too.
