This is an 8" and 10" tier. Top is chocolate with fudge filling and bottom vanilla with buttercream. The cowboy hat is RKT covered in modeling chocolate....someone on here gave me the idea to crust the rice krispies first and that work so well. I like modeling chocolate, but apparently I don't know how to use it correctly because it bloomed. In retrospect....it made the hat look weathered ;). Bandanna was an edible image and many other sugarpaste accents. The name was cut with cricut cake and surecuts. TFL.
