I made this cake for all the little one's at the party that were gluten and dairy free. Betty Crocker gluten free mix (turned out very yummy) filled with a dairy free vanilla pudding covered in MMF, star is also MMF. Piping around cake states "Howdy Partners, YeeHaa, and Ride 'em Cowboy) and it was done in royal icing.
