Made this for a 3 year old's birthday. Had to make it FAST because the lady ordered it 2 days before party. He was a booger to make. Looked okay the day before the party, delivered the cake that day, and then leaned over the day of the party. Disaster!!!! I made a Thomas sheet cake in two hours and delivered it a half hour before the party. I felt so BAD. Learned a lot of lessons though. No chocolate cake on a sculpted cake! Too spongy (even frozen)!!!
