This 3 tiered cake made from 8", 6" and 4" cakes were stacked to give it a slight topsy turvy look. Covered and decorated all in fondant it was topped with an array of decorative feathers and the number 30 made from modeling chocolate. The stars were cut from fondant and added with floral wire.
