Originally meant to be a barbie cake but couldn't find a brown haired barbie so used this bratz doll instead. The cake is vanilla with vanilla buttercream and decorated with fondant. The bodice is covered in large sugar granules and dusted with hologram glitter to make it sparkle. The skirt is dusted with lustre to give it sheen. The petals at the bottom of the skirt are covered in large sugar granules and glitter too. I added a slight quilted effect to the skirt and decorated with silver balls, adding matching earrings to the doll. The little girl was delighted.
