Layers of sponge covered with pink fondant. I cut out a cross shape in the fondant and put the cake onto it then pulled the fondant up The sides rather than going over the top. I made a couple of things out of fondant to look like they were coming out of The bag, I actually made a cigarette box but it didn't look very good!
