My friend April graduated from Medical School and to celebrate she had a HUGE Casino Night! She struggled deciding if the cake should match them theme for the night or have a medical theme to the cake. I think she chose well. Bottom cake is Triple Chocolate, middle is Red velvet and both are iced in chocolate ganche and covered in fondant. Top tier is Italian Cream Cake with cream cheese buttercream.
