This was my first castle cake and hopefully my last...OMGOSH....I didn't think I would ever get this done and never have I used so many different mediums at the same time. I used the Wilton castle kit...I don't know if that made it easier. This beast probably weighs about 65 pounds. It is an 8" and a 12", both are sourcream pound cake. TFL.
