Made for my friend's husband (Barry) for his 56th birthday. A little pressure trying to make an actual person out of fondant, but I'm really happy that he is a pretty good likeness! Their cat Stevie is blind, so that is why I did his eyes that way! :-) Chocolate cake, with chocolate buttercream filling. Covered in chocolate ganache. Water/leaves etc are vanilla buttercream. Kayak, Barry, Cat and rocks are fondant/gumpaste.
