The inspiration for this cake was a cookie from Ali Bee's bakeshop.I didnt bake a cookie felling kind of lazy so instead just did a royal icing transfer. For the inside I used the fruit flavored rainbow cake from iambaker , each layer is flavored with pureed fresh fruit, it was tedious to bake all those flavors but my mom and m-i-l loved their cakes.
