Chocolate Mint Truffle cake, decorated to look like a Peppermint, covered in MM Fondant flavoured with Lorann's Peppermint Extract. This cake was soo delicious! I made them as christmas gifts this year for family and friends. Made about 20 of these 4 inch mini cakes, and two 8 inch rounds.
