I made this cake a couple of months ago while I was still taking the Wilton Decorating Basics course. Despite being overambitious, it really turned out well! This is my first time with fondant, first attempt at making anything out of gumpaste, and my first tiered cake! It's also what officially made me fall victim to the cake bug. Vanilla cake based on a plate that matched the decorations.
