This cake is totally vegan. It's a chocolate cake with a rasperry & tofu pudding-like filling. The "buttercream" is made from vegan margarine and vegan shortening, and is covered with Satin Ice fondant. It seemed like a strange request for a bridal shower, but she loved it and none of the guests knew it was vegan!
