This was a 2 layer chocolate cake with a raspberry cream cheese filling. My sister loves Minnie Mouse. Originally the cake was supposed to have a small second tier that looked like a Minnie Mouse hat, but I was doing another cake order and completely forgot to do the fondant ears and bow so I had to revamp the style of the cake. Gladly, she still loved it.
