Bottom tier is 10 round chocolate & peanutbutter cakes/ second tier is 8 round redvelet with cream cheese filling, skull is pumpkin spice pound cake.. some chocolate transfers, some edible images, fondant flowers... for my son's 30th b-day(he's a tattoo artist!)
